Making Your Spouse a Priority – Showing your spouse you love them with intentional actions each day is vital to a healthy, romantic relationship. Sometimes this can be tough to maintain, due to life’s responsibilities. Here’s a 30-day Tune Up Challenge to help you get back to making your spouse a priority. Do these three steps each day:

1. Allocate 30 minutes face-to-face with your spouse to talk about each other’s dreams, aspirations and goals. *No phones or devices and no toxic topics that cause arguments.
2. Allocate 5 minutes first thing in the morning for prayer together.
3. Take time during the day to check in with your spouse.

Matthew 22:39b says “…Love your neighbor as thyself.”
